How to crush phosphate with high efficiency?

Crush phosphate not suitable use principle of "iron hitting stone", if use hammer crusher to crush it, only to cause destruction to both sides internecine‚ the life of the hammer head and mechanical are not long. Use intergranular laminated principle to crush phosphate, it makes the most of the phosphate to realize the phenomenon of "stone hitting stone" in crushing cavity, to replace the traditional single grain crushing principle, it realize the selective crushing of material, increased the proportion of fine material products and the cube content, largely reduced the needle flake material, while reduce wear of wear parts.

SOLUTION

Crushing process

The raw material is fed regularly by the vibrating feeder to the primary jaw crusher PE-800x1060 and second cone crusher KLC1380. The crushed material is then transported by a belt conveyor to the vibrating screen 2YA1870 for screening. After screening, proper sizes (< 40mm or < 30mm) will be conveyed to vertical shaft impact crusher (VSI crusher KL-10 & KL-12) directly, while the oversized material will be returned to the secondary cone crusher for reprocessing. The crushed material from the VSI crusher will be conveyed to another or the same screen 2YA1870 for screening again. The sand (0-3mm) which meets the fineness requirement can be retained as the final product. The oversized material will be conveyed back to VSI crusher & vibrating screen for repeated crushing & screening to achieve a closed circuit.
